Hydrogen is the bulk of the material within the solar system. It can be found on most planets, especially the gas giants, and it make up the vast majority of the bits and pieces in the sun. Burn is a peculiar occupancy, though. The sun is going through a multi-billion year hydrogen fusion cycle and hydrogen fusion occurs on some of the gas giant, so I suppose you can call those burning. On land, we literally burn hydrogen in some newer generator and vehicles, and we own hydrogen bombs as well. It adjectives depends on what you mean by burn.

Earth, next to an oxygen atmosphere. The Sun has greatly of it, but its being consumed by fusion.

Hydrogen burns adjectives over the freakin' place here on Earth. I had a buddy within college who used to light his farts afire (scorched his tighty-whities once- I blew Dr. Pepper out my nose laughing). Farts are full of hydrogen (not surrounded by pure form though).
The Sun converts hydrogen into helium through thermonuclear fusion, and that's kind of resembling burning, only it produces a total bunch more heat and radiation. Other than that, while there's seriously of hydrogen on the planets (especially the gas giants) but it doesn't burn a whole lot.

On Earth, where it is used as a fuel. (The Space Shuttle Main Engines burn Hydrogen and Oxygen to bring in water and abundantly of thrust.)
It's also used to manufacture vegetable grease, although it is not 'burned' in that process.

no where on earth. it undergoes thermonuclear fusion surrounded by the sun, but thats very completely different than burning.
everywhere that there is plenty oxygen and a source of heat to ignite the two gasses. That eliminate everywhere but Earth. Since there is no free hydrogen surrounded by Earth's atmosphere, only within the presence of man can hydrogen burn in this solar system.
If by burning you expect fusing into helium, then it's at the core of our sun. (And, occasionally, when they detonate H-bombs on Earth.)
If by burning you suggest combining with oxygen, consequently that would be here on Earth.
