Are near radioactive elements on any other planet/satellite contained by our solar system?

Those heavy nucleus surely can't be there on jovian planets I suppose.
But is radioactivity detected on any planet apart from earth. How can they detect it?(method)

Radioactivity is easily detected. Especially gamma radiation which allows to identify isotopes by measure energy is pretty uncomplicated. It is typically done with Si(Li) and Ge(Li) base

For the object you give above, the sweet nuclei might be found on Mars, Venus and Mercury. I don't know if the equipment used contained by landers was equipped to detect surface radioactivity. Probably some type of geiger counter next to a lead shield to cover the surface soil taster would work.
