Maybe you mean steam turbines? But I dun reckon solar energy is sufficient to create plenty steam to drive the blades...
There are companies working on solar concentrators that would drive a closed cycle turbine (reverse Rankine). These are unanimously upwards of 25 kW in size and won't fit in your backyard. There is a company working on a residential-scale (3 kW) concentrating solar Stirling power system that would accomplish impossible to tell apart thing though.
Home use? I do not think so. If you are thinking around building one I would advise forewarning since high pressure and temperature are part of the system.
