If Germany's government can provide incentives for individuals & business to invest contained by solar farms, why can't the US? They guarantee buying posterior electricity at a fixed rate over X years so investors know they can recoup their investment as very well as making a profit. Once this infrastructure is establish it is more or less upkeep well & can one and only grow.
Is America held back by grease lobbyists wanting us to continue our grease addition? why did you regard they approved huge tax rebate for the oil companies for drilling on our federal landscape in exchange for increasing vehicle milage mandate?
Who is in charge? Can we ever clutch back what is ours?
Solar power is individual a good short residence alternative, that is dictated by forces we can't control.
Say German reach 100% reliance on this. Then a Volcanno Erupts of a major size, even partially way around the world and blacks out the sky to a great effect as it have in times gone by? Or lets speak the sun goes into a cooling spell, or the earths tilt change slightly and cloud cover remains heavy over Germany. Think the Germans may perceive silly.
Yes Oil is a fast running out resource, but I want something more long possession and dependable. Something that a shift in entwine patters, cooling/warming or clouds can help yourself to away the next week.
I agree near your analysis 100%.
It sounds like Germany have a good plan. We could also use more bend power. The reason the U.S. doesn't be in motion for these plans could be the same as why our leaders don't really rouse conservation. It seems as if we are to be held hostage by the grease companies until the last drop is gone.
Now corn is used as an alternative stabilizer which does not drop the price of fuel but increases the cost of many, tons food items substantially. I used to think the U.S. have some pretty smart people but they adjectives seem to be missing lately.
Good for Germany (link?)
but our dynamism problems covers a wide scale of people over a cavernous area of manor so i think nuclear vitality is a more practical solution.

The government give the go-ahead for a new contemporaries of nuclear power stations yesterday but stepped into a fierce row over financial sweeteners to private sector operator. John Hutton, the business secretary, insisted there be no subsidies but the small print of the white paper showed concessions have been given away.
Private companies who needed to build new stations would hold to pay for the entire cost while "assembly the full costs of decommissioning and their full share of waste guidance costs", argued Hutton who said atomic power was needed to eat up carbon and the growing reliance on energy import.
But a campaign by French nuclear worker, EDF, and others to win government give support to for an attractive financial framework which would make nuclear cost-effective against other forms of power appeared to hold borne fruit.
ยท The government is effectively making electricity generate by coal or gas more expensive by promising "greater certainty for investors" through unilateral bustle to underpin the price of carbon. Coal and gas power stations emit relatively ample quantities of CO2 for which they will want costly permits while atomic power is virtually carbon free.

Germany is ahead of us in solar power, and they don't obtain as much sunshine as we do...how Ironic. Exxon-Mobil.
Nice thought. But they need to develop a photovoltaic cell that is to say more efficient. I would love to see it, but wouldn't that money be better spent within development of a importantly efficient cell?
Once explicitly accomplished, it will generate energy dependance a entry of the past.
Good press. Unfortunately the answer is not so good. You're onto something here.. why cant the U.S, the superpower of the world (for now) do indistinguishable? There's no excuse for it. I'm afraid it is indeed the oil lobbyists and lubricant cats who are few but hold most of America's money. It's a sad reality of life.
All I own to say is that if you want to start a group for illuminating this issue to the American public and taking final what is ours, I'm with you adjectives the way. (As are most of the Americans I know)
While solar can suppplement our enrgy wishes it really doesnt address energy independance. It would decrease our use of coal and natural gas used contained by electric generation. It does nil to reduce grease consumption...the only track to reduce grease consumption is to drive less, within smaller cars, our drive elctric cars...the biggest obstacle to reducing our dependance on grease is not the oil companies...its the american consumer
Yeah, right! This from the country that brought you "pollution drinking PAINT"! BWAHAAHAHAHAHA
I agree with you it is a shame that dash independence is not a core issue in the presidential see.
The candidate that would state as a purpose to reduce grease consumption, give more breaks to those who invest within renewable energy, and significantly cut grease imports would draw from my vote.
Once we rid ourselves of the Saudi A$$ki$$er. We can bomb them and their crown prince Osama into the stone ages.
Solar energy is free, the grease companies & their cronies need to drawn & quarter.
