12 vlt solar charger for mobile I cant communicate which chain is + and - 1 flex is black & the other black & white?

Answers:    To know for sure, step out in the sunshine beside your voltmeter in mitt, set for a 12 volt range. Connect the lead. If the meter goes down instead of up, reverse them. Look at which head color has the "+" cable. That will be plus.
Lupo have it right in automotive an adjectives the marine apps I hold ever seen Red is other.. Positive and Black is always Negative
Dont know in the region of this solar panel though. The only passageway to find out is to test it and splotch them.for future Reference Red and Black
Tape on the wires..+ and -
Usually nearby is a fuse on the positive side of the solar charger. Put it in the sun and use a multimeter to check.
There is no black and white. Use a tester, set it on volts DC(careful, back scale shall be greater that 12 volts), connect terminals. The red nouns of tester is + and black is -. If the hand shows actual volts (or the display shows +) you get it right. If not you got it the mode around.
Per my husband:

Solid black is positive + (just like contained by a car)

White with black stripe should be distrustful - but it would be wise for you to contact the factory owner because some of these things are made in a foreign country and they "do things backwards" (disclaimer: husbands words, not mine)

Also, you could trace the wires and see which one go to ground - that would be your negative.
The Black is positive and the white striped black chain is negative.
blk and white is POSITIVE garanteed
