A solar heat panel is used to steam river, why is the top surface painted black?

Answers:    To absorb the bake.

White would reflect it
Black absorb and radiates grill and light the best as it doesn't parallel any colours and technically we only see it because its a cancelled that our eyes can't see well unless shiny coated. Strange how radiators are White?
the top of the heat panel is covered in black paint as the black paint attracts the sun to the heat panels!!
this is beause black attracts heat/sun..
Because of the albedo effect, misty surfaces absorb roast, and light surfaces copy heat.
Black is the best colour for absorbing steam.

A shiny surface would reflect deeply of the heat away.

:)
If coloured brightly it would copy the heat away, be black just soaks it up.
Black absorb heat the best
