So far 226 other planetary systems outside our own Solar System have be confirmed. Of these 26 systems have be found to have multiple planets. All within all at hand are 263 known extrasolar planets and foreign ones are found all the time.
No planetary system similar to our own Solar System have be found.
You can read about extrasolar planets surrounded by the Wikipedia and use the references surrounded by the articles for further reading. As new planets are constantly found their numbers are usually a bit too low surrounded by wikipedia.
