How far out into space from our solar system are the tiny dots of standard lamp not stars, but galaxies?

If you look at the night sky you would see tiny points of wishy-washy, and we know these are stars, but, how many hurricane lantern years out into space from out from our solar system will the tiny points of light are in actuality galaxies among billions of galaxies. If you go even further out afterwards what image would the universe reveal?

There are any number of concepts, but none of them can be scientifically verified, although some who post answers to this type of quiz present the concepts as though they're etched-in-stone facts.

Another notion is that our universe started when it collided with another universe. Okay, again the ingenious question isn't answered because we're vanished still hung up on the original interview -- what's beyond our universe and the one we collided with?

Then there's the belief that there's some 'mother' universe that spawns other universes. Back to indistinguishable question -- what's beyond this 'mother' universe? If there's nil then it must be infinite.

By calling up Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle concepts hold been developed stipulating that every time a ruling is made, like you turn not here instead of right at some crossroads, or an atom "decides" to decay, another universe branches rotten in which the divergent decision is made. Here again the press is 'where' or 'when' did such critical decisions inaugurate? After the Big Bang? That puts us right back at square one -- what be before that?

I would taunt anyone to develop a theory in the order of pre-Big Bang or realms beyond our own universe that doesn't require an infinity at some point within that concept, or at least an unqualified void.
They are millions of light years. Some of these stars and galaxies may not exist anymore but the pale they produce is travelling a such a distance that it is almost like looking into former times.
