Cons for solar power?

its for a debate
Answers:
what happen like surrounded by Seattle where you don't hold sun light for months at a time! or at the poles where on earth you have 3-4 months of obscurity!!
With present photo voltaic cells,it is costly
Can not be stored for dark in generous amount
cloudy days are ahead no power
we have to develop warmth storage devices than batteries
Current technology requires large size solar panel which can be eyesores and take up like mad of space.

Batteries are needed to store power for use when the sunlight is not available. This creates major problems such as toxic excess if lead sour batteries are used, or safekeeping issues if LION (lithium-ion) batteries are used.

Solar power is not competent to keep up near the demands of a dynamic power grid, particularly contained by highly populated areas where on earth power demands fluctuate. In less populated areas, when the battery run out power will simply go away. Not cool, especially contained by an emergency.

Solar power is weather dependant.
