Why are plants green? And why aren't solar panel?

Why green? I remember learning that black absorb the most light -- hence the suckiness of a black shirt on a sunny light of day.

And if green's so great, why aren't solar a leafier hue?
Answers:
ok, plants are green because they own a component called chlorophyll to be precise used to convert sunlight into energy and within the end starch (the plant's food).
the aim that solar panels are not green but fairly a blackish color is because that absorbs force, the whole black shirt surrounded by the summer idea.
Plants have need of sunlight to provide energy to get food but a solar panel is mainly used to hold energy
plants are green because of chlorphil, you appear to know that already, but solar panels aren't green because they convert sun fluffy into a different type of energy than plants do. I don't know that first entry about solar power but i do know going on for plants.
plants are green b/c of the chlorophyll in them. it absorb the sun's rays and uses them to make dynamism in proclaim to live. solar panels want to absorb UVA and UVB rays for a different foundation. they are making energy as resourcefully, but by doing it a different way. they don't use chlorophyll.
Chlorophyll absorb other wave length except green and makes perkiness containing molecules. There are other substances in plants that occupy light and manufacture molecules. These can be seen surrounded by the leaves of trees in the northeastern sector of the USA in the spatter as reds and yellows, after the chlorophyll has shut down. These pigments are auxiliary compounds to the chlorophyll during the summer or provide protection from excessive light strength. Chlorophyll is the most successful light converting pigment, though and have predominated in almost adjectives plants and algae that convert sunlight into molecules that store energy.

The protein or its interaction near the magnesium ion at its core has this all your own of not absorbing green light so ably. Maybe someone else can help us near that.
Not all plants are green, my rose bush is a fine example; My rose bush have no green leaves, the roses bloom red, and the stems are brown.

Nonetheless, for plants that are green their green because of the Chlorophyll.

Chlorophyll is the green coloration in leaves. In the process of photosynthesis, it absorb sunlight and uses its energy to synthesise carbohydrates from CO2 and wet.
Yes plants are green from chlorophyll, which mode the plants absorb adjectives the other spectrum of colors. The wavelength of green actually have the least amount of "power" to apply to photosynthesis. There are types of plants that hold other light absorbing compounds but it seem through natural test the greens have won.
You're making this too complicated. Chlorophyll is green because of it's chemistry ... the wavelength of light emit from the chlorophyll molecule ... nothing more.
Short answer: solar cells aren't made of chlorophyll, they are made of silicon compounds.

Longer answer: green absorb adequate activeness at the wavelengths required for the tree to live. It doesn't need any more joie de vivre than that, so why should it be a different colour? It's current design works. Solar cells are built to occupy as much energy as possible, within is no reason for for them to be any specific colour.

Philosophical answer: You are comparing apples to oranges; untaught design to man made design, each next to a different purpose.
Ok you all involve a botany and physics class! The chlorophyll in plants appears green because it absorb all the colors of the neutral spectrum except for green!

See the link below.

Solar panel need to hold your attention as much solar energy as possible, as a consequence they are black. Black is the inclusion of all colors and white is the nothingness of color. Therefore, the most energy is enthralled by a black solar panel and a white one would reflect adjectives the energy away making it useless.
You have asked a smart press here-

one of the hopes for cheap solar panels is contained by dye technologies, for a short time ago the reasons you are asking

plants are green because chlorophyll is green.

that's what make leaves green
