seem to me it would remain one and the same
it will be halved because the exposure time to the radiation for tht spell of time wud be less, eg cart ur camera if its shutter speed is 2x it will let frothy in for 1/2 s,nd if it is 4s it will tolerate the light surrounded by for 1/4 s, so the faster the earth rotates,smaller quantity radiation for that same span of "time", it will get smaller number solar radiation for the same amnt of time,remember i am stressing prompt.
Nothing would come up, how fast the globe rotates is immaterial to how mush radiation it absorb, how quickly the land orbits the sun is also beside the point. The only adjustable that could make a difference would be if the orbit changed, which is have several time in times past (speculative cause of the a range of ice ages, most not long 13,000 to 8,000 ya.)

As long as the earths orbit stays impossible to tell apart, it doesn't matter how speedily it rotates. The sun still shines on the earth and give off duplicate amount of energy, and equal amount of energy falls on the land. Spinning faster doesn't change that.
