my neighbor ran a stripe off the pool supply chain from the pump and ran it up to the roof of his pool house.. he put galvanize metal on the roof and ran the pipe up one side and run smaller pipes accross the roof to another main pipe that run back down to the pool... he put a stopcock on the end of it so he could turn it rotten so he could control the temp better in the hotter months... he also painted it black to procure more heat from the sun.. similar version of this are used all over florida for heat pools... they arent too difficult to build.. just appropriate some creative thinking...
